Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account and why do I need one?

Creating an account helps keep things organized for both of us! During the checkout out process you will be asked to enter an email address and create a password, which you will use to login to your account on this website.

When you have an account, you’ll be able to log in and easily access all your free and purchased downloads in one place, anytime — no searching through emails or re-downloading links. It also allows me to send updates if a file is ever revised, and make your overall experience smoother and more personal.

Your information is kept private, and you won’t be added to any mailing lists unless you choose to subscribe. You can delete your account at any time.

What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?

You can pay with credit cards, debit cards, bank account transfers, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Google Pay is only available when using Chrome, and Apple Pay is only available when using Safari.

How do I download my files?

As soon as you complete checkout, you’ll see a link right on the screen to download your files. You’ll also get an email with the same download link, just in case you want to come back to it later.

You can access your files anytime by logging into your account on my website (the login button is found in the top right of the screen or on the drop down menu). Once logged in, just click “Products” in the top right corner (or in the menu if you’re on a phone or tablet) to access all of the items you have signed up for. Super easy!

Where do I find my downloaded files?

On Mobile Devices (phones and tablets):

  • iPad or iPhone:

    • Tap the Files app (blue folder icon).

    • Go to Browse > On My iPad/iPhone > Downloads.

    • PDF files will usually open in the Files app, Books app, or a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat.

    • JPG images can be viewed in the Files app or saved to your Photos by tapping the share icon and choosing "Save Image".

  • Android Devices:

    • Open the My Files or Files by Google app.

    • Navigate to the Downloads folder.

    • Tap to open PDFs or images directly, or long-press to move/save elsewhere.

ZIP files usually require a third-party app on mobile to unzip, so I recommend using a computer for ZIP downloads whenever possible.

On Computers (Windows or Mac):

  • Your files are typically saved to the Downloads folder by default.

  • To locate them:

    • Open your File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).

    • Go to the Downloads folder.

    • Double-click to open PDFs with a reader like Adobe Acrobat or JPGs with your image viewer.

    • ZIP files can be unzipped by double-clicking, which will create a folder containing all the files.

How can I watch the video tutorial for my product?

There are two easy ways to access the video:

  1. Use the link inside your download

    • After purchasing, open the PDF file included with your downloads.

    • This file contains a direct link to the video tutorial on YouTube.

    • Click the link (or copy and paste it into your browser) to watch anytime.

  2. View it on the product page

    • If you’d like to watch the video from the product page, simply log out of your account after downloading your files.

    • Then visit the product page again — the embedded tutorial video will appear below the description.

You can also find all tutorial videos anytime on the Sambookery YouTube channel, organized by theme and collection.

Is there a video tutorial for every kit?

Not every individual kit has its own dedicated tutorial, but there are several assembly videos for each type of kit — such as junk journal kits, mini journals, folios, and sketchbooks.

These videos show different ways to put the kits together, giving you plenty of ideas and inspiration for using your printables creatively.

You can find all available tutorials organized by type and theme in playlists on the Sambookery YouTube channel, and links to relevant videos and playlists are also included in your download files.

I can’t log into my account. What should I do?

If you're having trouble logging in, don't worry! Sometimes it's just a simple password issue. You can try resetting your password using the “Reset It” link on the login page.

I tried resetting my password but it’s still not working. Can you help me?

No problem—just send me a quick message! You can reach out through the chat box on the site or email me directly, and I’ll help you reset your password and get you back into your account ASAP. I do my best to respond quickly—most messages are answered within a few hours during business days.

How can I contact you if I need help?

You can reach me at my email address - Samantha@Sambookery.com or by using the chat button on my website (found on the lower right of the screen). I’m happy to assist with any questions or concerns!

Why is my web browser blocking the ZIP file?

Occasionally, browsers or antivirus software may flag ZIP files, even if they don’t contain anything harmful. This is usually a false alarm triggered by the compressed format or the number of files within the folder. You can be assured that all files are carefully checked and virus-free. To avoid this issue, you can try downloading the PDF version of the kit instead.

Can I share your files with others?

I ask that you do not share my digital files with others. If someone you know would like a kit (even the Freebies), please refer them to my website to purchase it. I appreciate your support and understanding!

Can I use your files to make items to sell?

Yes! My kits are for personal use and small business use. You’re welcome to print and use the pages in your handmade journals and creative projects that you sell—up to 100 finished items per year.

Just a few important notes:

  • You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files in any form.

  • You may not create digital products for sale using these designs.

  • Mass production and print-on-demand use are not allowed.

If you’re ever unsure about how you can use something, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

Do you sell printed versions of the kits?

All of my kits are offered as digital downloads, so you can print them yourself at home or through a local print shop. No physical items are shipped.

Do you offer refunds?

Because my products are digital downloads, they cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. For this reason, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact me with any questions prior to checkout.
